Digital Services Company was established in April 1999. The Company started its activities by launching a project for installation of mobile entertainment programs for the subscribers of Azercell mobile operator in Azerbaijan. Having started with just three computers, a coil of wires and crazy ideas some time ago, DSC gave an impulse to the establishment of several new companies such as Simbrella, RCOM and project under trademark- Tandem which have become now permanent leaders in the sphere of auxiliary and interactive services provided for owners of mobile phones, micro crediting systems, IT consultancy and creation of client services both in Azerbaijan and in the world market.
